Interlock

A gate on every agent tool call, with Jev as one of its sensors.

Interlock sits between an agent’s plan and the tool call. Detectors, a set of Jev yes-or-no questions and policy code decide to block, ask you, or allow. The model only ever sees placeholders: real keys stay in a vault and are swapped in on the way out.
