Cloudflare released two decision models trained in house, Clef and Clef-flash, under Apache 2.0. Clef is a 27B multimodal model post-trained from Qwen3.8-27B. It reads a state as text, JSON, images or video and returns a probability for every option of every question in one forward pass, with no text generation. Its API is compatible with Jev and SystemOne.
