grep by meaning, across languages.

uehaj's sys1grep searches files by meaning. Jev scores every line against a meaning, and you combine meanings with AND, OR and NOT. It works across languages, so a Japanese query finds English text and the reverse. It was renamed from semgrep at version 0.5.0 and ships as an npm package with sys1grep and git sys1grep commands.
