Ian released Signal & Noise, an open-source Chrome extension. You tap common kinds of noise, such as engagement bait or crypto shilling, or you type your own in plain words. Jev judges each post against them before it scrolls into view, and hidden posts fold into a one-line bar that says why. It also works with OpenAI Decisions or a local server.
