Input moderation for Mastra agents in one file.

CodeAlive’s custom Mastra processor moderates each turn with one Jev request. The built-in processor parses a verdict from text and can fail open on hostile input. Jev returns a typed answer, so that failure cannot happen. They report a median of about 0.4 seconds.
