Gate a shell command on a yes/no answer from Jev. Smarter cron.

Gordon Brander’s Rust CLI reads text on stdin and asks Jev a yes/no question about it. If the probability of yes clears a threshold, the text passes through like a line through grep. Otherwise nothing comes out. Put a command after -- and it runs only when the gate passes.
