Classify first, read selectively: an agent plugin and MCP tool.
Kush Bhuwalka’s plugin takes a query and a batch of files, web pages or text, and Jev returns how relevant each item is. The agent then opens only the items worth a closer look. It can also judge whether a tool call would help, from the tool’s description.
