Jev ranks each change P0 to P2 and shows you only the P0s.
egma-ai's reviewer is for pull requests written by agents, which arrive with many file changes at once. Jev classifies each change as P0, P1 or P2, and only the P0 changes show by default. OpenAI explains the diffs in natural language, with the original code one toggle away. It is a local CLI, an agent skill and a GitHub extension, and it posts nothing to GitHub.
