A judgment layer that checks every Claude Code tool call against your policy.

A PreToolUse hook for Claude Code. Jev answers a few plain-English questions about each proposed tool call, and the questions and thresholds live in a YAML file you own. By default it only watches and logs, and it blocks only what fifteen fixed rules say is never okay. The authors put the cost at about four cents a day and publish their calibration results.
